Editorial Policy
How recipes are developed
Recipes on Easy Plate Kitchen are written from established home-cooking techniques, with quantities in US and metric units and cooking times that reflect a typical home kitchen. Temperatures follow widely used food-safety guidance, for example 165°F (74°C) for poultry and 145°F (63°C) for whole cuts of pork, beef and fish.
[PLACEHOLDER: Describe your testing process. For example: "Each recipe is cooked at least twice before publishing." Only state this if it is true.]
